Hydrates & Softens Dry Skin
from woman' world
This time of year pumpkins are all round us,So lets make the most of them. Did your know that pumpkins are loaded with Vitamin A? The pumpkin makes for a awesome beauty treatment, and they are widely used in some of the most famous spas. Here is one of my spa's favorite facial recipes that you can do at home. This natural beauty treatment can improve your skin's elasticity, rebuild collagen, and the honey is a powerful hydarator. by mixing together with yogurt, the mask will exfoliate and help the vitamins penetrate into the deeper layers of your skin.
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tbs honey
Mash all the ingredients together in a small bowl using a wooden spoon. mix till mixture becomes a paste like substance . Apply with fingertips, smoothing mask onto clean, damp skin, avoid eyes. Now just relax for 10 or 15 minutes. Then rinse completely off with warm water: pat dry and apply your favorite moisturizer.
