Hemp Seed and Rosehip Shampoo

https://www.mountainroseherbs.com/products/rosehips/profile

Hemp Seed and Rosehip Shampoo
Hemp seed oil offers so many benefits, for use in both food and body-care products. Fresh, fragrant and supremely gentle, this shampoo is good for even the most delicate scalps.
Best for: Sensitive scalps and children's hair

2 to 3 Tbsp. (30-45 ml) fresh rosehips (see Tips)
4.9 oz. (140 g) mineral water
4.6 oz. (130 g) coco betaine (see Tips)
.1 oz. (3 g) hemp seed oil 15 drops grapefruit essential oil

Place rosehips in a heatproof bowl. In a saucepan, bring mineral water to a boil. Pour boiling mineral water over rosehips. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Using a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth, strain rosehip infusion into a clean bowl. Let cool completely. Pour infusion, coco betaine, hemp seed oil and grapefruit essential oil into a bottle. Seal tightly. Shake to combine. Tips: Rosehips are the oval fruits created when a rose bush has finished flowering. Pick them from rose bushes that have not been sprayed with pesticides, or buy organic rosehips if you can find them.

Tip: Coco betaine (short for cocamidopropyl betaine) is a surfactant made from coconut oil and gives shampoos their cleaning power and lather. It’s easy to find at cosmetic-supply stores
